Baete-Forseth HVAC has been a mechanical contractor in Sioux Falls
for over fifty-five years. Mr. Forseth and Mr. Baete founded the company
in 1945. It was purchased by Arthur B. deWit in February of 1985.
During our years We have installed and serviced HVAC systems for
numerous facilities. Arthur B. deWit currently serves as CEO of the
company. Officers of the corporation are: Robert A. deWit, president,
and Mark deWit, Vice President.

Our staff currently includes one registered professional mechanical engineer, one graduate engineer, a CAD draftsman, three estimator/project managers, one operations manager,clerical staff, twenty-five journeyman sheet metal workers, eight apprentice sheet metal workers, six pre-apprentice sheet metal workers, and nine full time service technicians. Baete-Forseth is a family owned business and a Lennox dealer, as such we provide quiet, clean, energy efficient products which result in low energy costs.

Our service personnel are knowledgeable and up to date on the latest advances and procedures. Baete-Forseth offers radio dispatch service 24 hours a day. We also offer free estimates on furnace and air conditioner installation, along with thermostats, humidifiers, air filtration, air purification, duct work, and zone control. Baete-Forseth HVAC is a company with staff and service personnel dedicated to excellence.
