Baete-Forseth HVAC has been a mechanical contractor
is Sioux Falls since 1945. Baete-Forseth HVAC has
installed and serviced the HVAC systems for numerous
facilities in the area. Whenever possible, we appreciate
the opportunity to become part of a fast-track design
and construction team.

With our engineering expertise in conjunction with our contracting experience, we are able to evaluate the initial cost as well as the life cycle cost of various types of systems and alternatives, which should be evaluated in a project. With a very minimal amount of preliminary engineering design, we can provide accurate cost estimates for various alternatives that may be considered. These alternatives can then be value engineered to determine the most effective solutions for the particular project. We would expect to work very closely with the design engineer and the owner to assist them in whatever way we can to assure a cost effective and functional mechanical system.

Our staff currently includes one registered professional
mechanical engineer, one graduate engineer, one CAD
draftsman, three estimator/project managers, one
operations manager, clerical staff, twenty-five journeyman
sheet metal workers, eight apprentice sheet metal
workers, six pre-apprentice sheet metal workers, and
nine full time service technicians.

With this staff we can provide input at the engineering stage of the project, provide competent management of the project during construction, provide an adequate work force to complete the project in a timely fashion and provide trained, competent servicemen for servicing of the HVAC system in the years to come.
