Baete-Forseth does Radon testing with the SunNuclear model 1027 Continuous Radon Monitor. Radon Mitigation is in accordance with the EPA Mitigation standards of April 1994. The radon vent fan will not he located in the conditioned portion of the home per EPA standards. The radon fan will include a system failure warning device. A radon test after the system is installed no sooner than 24 hrs or later than 30 days following installation of the mitigation equipment Sub-slab Depressurization or Sump-pit Depressurization.
